I need to get the following working:

How can we create a log of when things get changed by people? We got people that can do harm like deleting profiles information. How can we prevent or record or get notified

How do we record or monitor when some one exported from database and what they exported and who?

Need to launch the problem submission tool but I submitted a few items and it takes days to show up somewhere in the reporting tool… and it should show up in the first tab without pressing anything.
