Remove the "need info" selection... it should just be waiting.
I would make the look up bar and the "waiting, working done" buttons should all be in one line versus to lines to minimize the look.
What about when i have a question? The need info, is something i like to add so you know and i know that I'm waiting on you.
So do you want to remove "Need Info" all together?
Need More Information is fine.
But I need to be able to sort by these options right?
