Maybe also reduce the font size for the text that says:
Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.

This way it doesn't stand out so much but it is more of a footnote.
Accepted file types should change to "Se acepta archivos"
Choose File should change to "Escoja Archivo"
No file selected should change to "Archivo no esta seleccionado"
Drop files here or change to "Agrega archivo aquí"
Select files should change to "Seleccione archive".
This text is controlled by the browers, is why it look a little different on my screen and yours.
