When the form is submitted

2. I want a tab in the master control tools that has the following roles that require special assignment and overrides everything else:
Matrimonio Presidente Nacional
Asesor Espiritual Nacional
Matrimonio Director 1

These are the people that I want to add their names and give them the title and control it.
These people need to approve the change. They are the only ones that will (IN THE FUTURE) have access to the bug tool. We need a button that says approve as a team. Once, we approve you get the email and task to start work including clarifications of what is being asked to do.

We also want a time stamp when it went live.
Also, would like a report with the title of the work, date that it got approved, date that got confirmed, date when it goes live.

Maybe the tab in item 2 that I talk about is better as a tab in this tool called "Aprovar" and another tab that is called "Validar" and another tab that is called "Cambio Implementado" which is a list of all the items that are done.
So, the process is:
1 Submits
2 approval
3 you review what is being asked so more like a clarification phase.
4 start work
3 Validate that the work that was done is what we want and we are happy with it.
4 Cambio implementado (so it becomes official and we launch it); this will serve as a database to show what was done and why and how the process. So, I want to capture the time stamps of each steps when it got started or completed when it makes sense.

It seems there are some name inconsistencies in the status, but I believe what I have works best.
It also looks like you might want three levels of access to the suggestion/bug areas:
- Admin or Approvers: They can change the status.
- Submitters: They can add the ticket and maybe also add comments.
- Watchers: They can just look at tickets.
