How can an "Assessor" who doesn't pay for the registration $0. can register 4 times? See attachment.
Also, it looks like if someone has a double role... say coordinator and something else that they write in the registration or profile... they get this other message or get the system gets confused what to do... see the other attachment.

I'm guessing a slow internet connection and mashed the button a bunch or time. I made it so they can only click once.
Do people need the ability to be more then one role?
